When a client comes to me for spanking therapy or discipline, we will sit down and talk about what issues they are having, things that need to improve in their life, or poor behaviors that need to be corrected. We will discus why these issues exist, and what can be done to resolve said issues.
Next I will check my clients vitals. Though I am not a doctor or licensed therapist I will not spank someone if their health is at risk. First I will listen to their heart rate to see whether it is low, normal, or elevated. Then I will check their blood pressure and record what range it is in (one can expect a slightly elevated heart rate and blood pressure if the client is nervous). And finally I check and record their temperature. If any of their vitals are too low or high I will not spank them and recommend they get to a physician immediately. Each time a client visits they can expect to have their vitals taken as they can change from day to day for any given reason.
Next the spanking will proceed. The client will be instructed to get into position for the actual spanking (positions will vary and you may be spanked in more than just one).
The actual spanking will vary depending on why the client is being spanked. For instance a therapeutic spanking for stress relief will only be with the hand (unless the client requests an implement) and will only sting a bit, but will be much longer than a disciplinary/motivational spanking.
A motivational spanking will be more severe but not as severe as a disciplinary spanking and will not use as many implements.
A disciplinary spanking will start with the hand and work through select implements. It will also be more severe, and the client will most likely not be able to hold still.
Tears are recommended but not guaranteed as it takes an emotional state to bring tears and crying helps to let go of stress and guilt.
